• Verify your student status at your university
• Send service notifications such as order confirmations and updates
• Respond to support requests or account-related enquiries

We do not sell your personal data. Information is shared only with service providers directly involved in fulfilling your requests — food vendors, transport operators, or university medical staff — and solely for the purpose of completing those services.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Service history is kept for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. No method of data transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Uniqalbi is intended for university students aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If we become aware that a minor's data has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

You have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
